The weekend was so beautiful, I am glad the weather cooperated and is rainy on a work day!

I went to Trader Joe’s this weekend and found these granola bars:

They taste just like girl scout peanut butter cookies!  I added half of one bar to my oatmeal this morning and it was awesome – half is only 95 calories, 2 fat/13 carbs.

I am lucky that I have a full size kitchen at my work.  I make a lot of stir-frys because its a good way to get a ton of vegetables in.  But what makes this stir-fry is the sauce.  It called Wonnie’s Korean BBQ sauce and is it spicy!

But the best part is that it is low in calories – 2 tablespoons is 40 calories/0 fat and 10 carbs.  I also tried tofu angel hair “noodles.”  I really liked them and it only added 20 calories for half the bag.

Here is my lunch put together.

Here is my afternoon snack.  One of my favorite cool weather drinks is 1/2 envelope sugar free cocoa mixed with cocoa I meant coffee!  We almost always have whip cream in our work fridge left over from work birthday parties – nice!

I am trying to add more fish into my diet, so I found marinated mahi mahi at Trader Joe’s.  My plan was to grill it, but I may do it inside because of the rain.  Hope to work out after dinner too!
