Dear Biggest Diabetic Loser readers,
First of all, I want to thank all of you for being so supportive and happy for me 🙂 I just wanted to take a moment to thank my mom, considering all of the really nice comments she made about me earlier. Losing weight of course isn’t easy, but with the incredible amount of support I get from her, it’s made it that much less stressful. And, of course, I couldn’t forget about Tony! I am so lucky to have them both in my life, especially for parents. My inspiration definitely sprouts from them, and with all of their love, encouragement, and reassurance, it’s made this road to losing weight a piece of cake! (Mmm…cake..) But seriously, I definitely owe my success so far to them, because I know without them in my life none of it would be possible. It’s so helpful that my mom is so committed to healthy-living and has been on WW before, and her advice is ridiculously amazing. And Tony, thank you for your encouragement 🙂 When I told him about my first 10 lbs lost, he told me something that made me smile, and that was, “If you’re going to lose weight, you’re going to do it for yourself and no one else.” It’s those kind of comments that stick with you and give you the nudge you need when you’re doubting yourself. You guys are the best, and I’m so thankful for everything you do to support me! Hopefully in another month I can say I’m down 20 lbs! And to all other weight loss-seekers, good luck, you can do it! My three basic “rules” are: drink water, keep busy, and plan ahead. It’s worked so far for me! And thanks again for your generous comments, it makes my day!!!
Hannah

Aww you are too sweet! I definately have to agree with your advice, especially the plan ahead part! I always make poor food choices if I haven’t planned and am then so hungry I grab anything and everything in sight – even fast food! Great reminder!
Awww Hannah! You are just as wonderful as your momma! Keep up the great work sister! 🙂
