Quick lunch post – why do Fridays have to be so busy??!!
First off, the one thing that makes my stirfry are these Asian noodles that we found at the Asian grocery store at Hannah’s birthday. They are fully cooked, just “heat” up with hot water for 30 seconds and toss them in your stir-fry – that’s it! The best part is each 5.5 ounce package is only 150 calories.
- 4 ounces firm tofu
- 3 ounces diced red and orange pepper
- 3 ounces diced zucchini
- 3 ounces chopped broccoli
- 2 ounces chopped carrot
- 1 tablespoon Korean bbq sauce
- Asian Noodles
So between breakfast and lunch I still have 804 calories to “spend” which is good because its Pizza Party Friday! Although not for Tony since its lent! I was thinking of making you garlic grilled shrimp and asparagus with a baked potato – how does that sound??
So no lunch break yet, just an afternoon break (5 minutes to do this!) so I am doing my shred when I leave work before I get home. I made a calendar with 30 days on it and a picture of Jillian on it, and I give myself a sticker for each day – and I don’t want to miss putting a sticker my calendar!
Hope to catch up on all your blogs this weekend too! See you for pizza!
Pizza or shrimp sounds good to me:)
what a cool lunch!
Oh wow, looks delicious!!!!
that is a great idea about the calendar.. a visual always helps me way more than just trying to remember!
I am cracking up at the calendar with Jillian’s picture on it!
Yay for pizza party Friday!!
It’s great when you have loads of calories to spend.
Yum pizza now I know what I’m having for dinner!
Great looking lunch!
your idea for Tony sounds great, but I’ll take some of your pizza if you have any extras 🙂
