100 Day Challenge for Weight Loss

Why start a 100 day challenge for weight loss? For the last 100 days of 2024, Hannah and I created a Facebook group to challenge ourselves to finish the year off strong. Instead of waiting for the new year to get motivated, almost 2,000 people joined us in making the most of the final days of 2024! This group was beneficial for so many reasons, including building healthy habits, fostering a sense of community, tracking progress, improving focus, providing accountability, and encouraging mindful reflection, to name a few. Since the new year is typically when people start their weight loss journey, we wanted to get a head start so that when the new year arrived, we could continue on our established journey instead of starting fresh.

strive to thrive in 2025 for weight loss

The group has since been renamed My Bizzy Kitchen: Strive to Thrive in 2025! While it’s a private group, you can request to join at any time and we check the requests daily. Our hope is to continue to use that space for motivation since there were so many helpful posts, and it continues to grow! Whether you’re struggling to find motivation or inspiration, need meal ideas, or a place to share your successes, we encourage you to join this community!

If you’re looking to do the 100 day challenge, below is the breakdown for each day. Every week has its own topic, along with corresponding daily questions. Feel free to start the challenge whenever you want, or use this as a guide to create your own!

weight loss challenge motivation

While our focus started for weight loss, this 100 day challenge can be applied to many other areas in life. Feel free to use this for other personal goals aside from weight loss! Hannah also used this challenge to build her healthy habit routine for cleaning and daily tasks. Keeping a routine has really helped her stay focused and the more days that passed, the easier it became to stick with her plans.

If you’re looking for other ways to stay inspired, check out our Meal Plan series or Printables page!
