While not a huge fan of yellow apples plain, I love them sauteed in just a smidge of butter and cinnamon and splenda. This morning I cut up two tiny apples and sauteed them while I put the rest of my breakfast and lunch together.
On the side was an egg/ham/cheese taco!

TASTESPOTTING: usually the pictures I submit get rejections such as:
- “not sharp”
- “unflattering composition”
- “unsuccesful use of light”
Today is a new one! I submitted my garlic scape picture, and this was the rejection comment:
- “not a compelling image subject”
I am not even sure what that means!!
While today is going to be busy, its a steady busy, which means I’ll be able to take a lunch today! My friend and I plan on walking outside – its absolutely gorgeous – sunny skies and 72!
Morning break is over – come on back for lunch: Shrimp Tacos with Sauteed Green Peppers!
LMAO about Tastespotting. I’ve received that rejection too. Check out Tastestopping, they accept everything, as long as it’s been rejected by the big two š

Thanks Cassie! š
I’ve never sauteed apples before! That sounds almost easier than microwaving!! Thanks for the idea š
