Nope, that wasn’t what we had for dinner, but a T-bone accident made me more than 1/2 late coming home. My plan was to come home, throw Tony’s meatloaf in the oven, do the 20 minute shred, and then just as the meatloaf was getting done, prep our stirfry.
I walked in the door, my blood sugar was kind of low, about 70, so I ate a bite of pretzel bread and got on to making the meatloaf. Luckily Tony had preheated the oven for me – since I was short on time, I decided to make two smaller ones.
Hannah and I tried these new noodles – I hate the packaging because the direction are in broken English – we got this at the Japanese grocery store – at first we just put them in boiling water:
I did manage a 15 minute walk with Ed after dinner though – he got two walks today!

You are so creative in the cooking department, I need to learn how to think outside the box! Stirfry looks DELISH!
That stirfry looks delicious, but I would love to try a bite of that meatloaf it looks perfect!
your stir fry looks awesome, and I’m going to have to try the bacon wrapped meatloaf sometime. my husband would LOVE it.
I need to try me one of them bacon wrapped puppies one day.
those TJ eggrolls really are awesome!!
Great to get to know you. The dinner looks amazing. Love the bean sprouts in the stir fry. It’s an essential in most of my stir fry’s too – I love the crispy taste they add if they’re not overdone.
