I walked out of my house this morning and it felt like the end of spring! It was already 52 degrees outside and we may break a record today! All I know is that by the end of today, I believe any remnants of snow will be gone!
Sadly, there is snow in the forecast for Friday, so I’ll have to appreciate today while we have it!
I am back to my egg sammie: 1/2 lenders bagel, 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1.5 pieces of bacon, .5 ounce cheddar cheese and Fage sprinkled with nutmeg – yum!
I haven’t decided if I am going home for lunch today – I may just take a walk outside to enjoy the weather while I can – we’ll see! Morning break is over – see you at lunch!
I like the fage too but never had it with nutmeg. I always grab the cinnamon but I think I will give the nutmeg a go. Thanks for that little tid bit!
I just discovered Dannon Light & Fit “Low Carb/Low Sugar” yogurt. It’s delicious! And only 45 calories per little cup. Only 3g carbs per. Yay!
The Midwest deserves this weather! It’s gorgeous!! Enjoy your day, Biz!
Oh and to answer your question from my blog: yep the cauliflower was purple 🙂
I never thought about sprinkling my Fage with nutmeg! How much do you use?
Shelley – just so it covers the top – not too much otherwise its too bitter! And I also add one packet of Splenda – forgot to mention that!
it’s warm here too! so nice!
egg sammie looks delicious! 😀
I love that you add Tabasco to everything 🙂

I was so tickled to go out yesterday and not have to slip/slide off my mountain. All our snow and ice are gone too. Sure does brighten the spirits even if for a little while. Snow is predicted for our area the first of next week too. We just have to enjoy it while we can.
