Busy morning, so this will be a quick post!

So my hubby Tony has told me that my parents-in-law love to have yogurt mixed in with their oatmeal.   So this morning I decided to give it a try!

The base is a packet of instant regular oatmeal.  The second layer is my low fat vanilla yogurt, then sprinkled with my homemade cranberry pumpkin seed granola.  So filling and good!  This one is definitely a keeper!

I have no idea what I am doing for lunch today, and I am not going home.  We have a cafe in our building so I think it may be soup/salad today?    But I will be working out, so I am looking forward to that!
