Hannah’s friend got her driver’s license and now picks her up and drops her off at school which means I can sleep in an hour and a half longer each morning! Granted, after I dropped her off I would either walk Ed, read blogs, drink coffee and just ease into my day before, but I think I like sleep better!
I brought stirfry for lunch but realized I needed to stop at the store to replenish my stirfry sauce at work. And guess what I saw? Blackberries were only $1.88 a pint! That is insanely cheap. So I decided to pick some up to add to my oatmeal.
I usually make oatmeal on the stove at home and bring it to work, but since I slept in, I decided just to microwave it. Um, bad idea! Even though I had it covered, almost half of it spilled over! So I decided to add some granola to bulk up what was left.
I am going to work out at lunch. I am going to work out at lunch. I am going to work out at lunch.
That’s my mantra today! Please tell me to work out today, I’ll listen! See you at lunch!
I got blackberries this weekend for $2 a pint! I wonder why they are out of season cheap like that?
Work out at lunch!! 😉
Sleeping in during the winter is a blessing!
1.5 hours!! that is precious time!! =)
Sorry about the overflowing oats! However, those berries look so plump and gorgeous 🙂
And yes, you are going to work out at lunch, you are going to work out at lunch! 🙂 Hope you have a good one!
I love sleeping in! Sorry to hear about the spill over in the microwave. 🙁
You are going to workout at lunch. YOu are going to workout at lunch. YOU ARE GOING TO WORK OUT AT LUNCH!! It will make you feel great too 🙂
GOOD LUCK!!
Those blackberries look good!
I microwave my oatmeal – but at 50% power. 1/2 cut oatmeal, 5 minutes @ 50% I use old-fashioned oatmeal, not steel cut or anything like that.
Love the little snowflakes on the blog. Feels very festive 🙂
