Skinny Alfredo Sauce

A quick and simple healthy alfredo sauce - perfect for pizza!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, melt the butter.  Add the flour and cook for one minute.  Slowly add the coconut milk to the butter/flour mixture and stir until thickened.  Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients and stir until the Parmesan cheese is combined.  That's it.
