Happy to be back with another Weekly Meal Plan for 4.24.23!

This weekly meal plan definitely has shrimp on repeat. If you couldn’t tell, I love shrimp. It’s versatile, easy to cook with, and low on WW points – a trifecta! With warmer weather ahead of us, shrimp is such a perfect light protein that won’t leave you feeling like you ate a bowling ball.

Broccoli Cheese Quiche – a great way to meal plan breakfasts for the week without missing any flavor! Getting veggies in before lunch? Yes please!

Banana Oat Pancakes – I like to rotate sweet and savory breakfasts, and this is the perfect amount of sweetness in my opinion. These pancakes are filling, fluffy, and easy on your WW points.

Shrimp Wontons – these are perfect on their own with a ginger salad or bowl of rice, and you can even make a quick wonton soup to throw these into! Whatever you’re feeling, these are so tasty however you eat them.

Falafel – crunchy, savory, packed with balanced nutrients. You can’t go wrong!

Curly’s BBQ Chicken Gyros – this one is half homemade, but definitely worth a try if you need a lightning fast dinner option!

Black Bean Quinoa Cakes with Shrimp – I had forgotten how amazing these are! The chimichurri that pairs with this has roasted garlic, spinach, and is SO delicious. If you make this one, please don’t miss out on the chimichurri! The recipe and points for the chimichurri are in the same link.

Spicy Peanut Noodles with Shrimp – noodles, veggies, and shrimp with a savory peanut sauce to make this a super filling and easy dinner!

Tips to Keep You on Track

All of these links will take you to the full recipes. Within the notes section on the recipe card, you will find the WW link to track them directly to your WW app, or check on the points for your plan. I can’t stress enough how important it is to eat your points!

Fluctuation in the points you eat is normal, and if you want to stay full throughout the day, please make sure you are eating them! That is why we have them! 🙂 If you only stick with zero point foods, you will not be satisfied – be sure to mix it up!
