Even though I don’t eat any jelly now, I absolutely LOVE pepper jelly. Most of it is too mild; however, my wife made some a few years back that would knock your socks off! :-) I loved it, but most others didn’t eat it.

As for Biz’s Baja Salsa – I LOVE it too! My wife agrees that this is the best salsa recipe out there. We canned quite a few pints of this during the growing season this year.

The new domain name really fits you too – how catchy!
