Wake-Up Wontons
I was flipping through my new magazine, Taste of Home Healty Cooking, when I flipped the page and immediately knew I was going to make this for breakfast, except using what I had on hand.

their filling called for real eggs and diced onions (not!). I used egg whites, 2 ounces diced leftover steak, chopped baby spinach and 1/2 ounce of 75% reduced fat cheddar cheese

first spray your mini muffin tin with Pam, stuff the wonton wrapper and spray again with Pam

bake at 350 for 10 minutes (careful, I almost over cooked these at 10 minutes!)
I separately cooked the eggs to be assembled when I got to work.

10 wontons and 5 ounces sliced strawberries - breakfast comes in at 378 calories, 6.5 fat and 45 carbs

with a splash of Tabasco! these were so good!
My co-worker has been wanting to try the Artisan Bread in 5 minutes at home, so I told her we would make it at work and make pizza with it at lunch. Sometimes its easier to “see” someone make it to get up the courage to make it yourself!
Morning break is over – come on back for spinach, red pepper and sausage pizza!

those wonton breakfast cups look so good! I wish I could make bread at work
i can’t wait to see how it comes out!

All those for 378 calories!! That’s awesome. Such a good idea for breakfast
Or lunch, or dinner, hehe.
What a fun breakfast – great presentation. It would be a great item on a brunch buffet.
I would love to wake up to those, Biz! Nicely done!
