Beef, its what’s for dinner

So the beef stew turned out well, but I should have added the vegetables at the beginning, not the last 45 minutes because some of the potatoes and carrots weren’t fully cooked.  I got the recipe on www.recipezaar.com Recipe # 36984.

I cut up the beef in bite sized chunks . . . love all the canned goods in the background!

Then I put then in a ziploc bag that had the flour, pepper and seasoned salt.

The original recipe called for 1/4 cup of olive oil to brown the meat, I only used 3 teaspoons.

I can see this chalkboard menu shenanigan’s will continue all week!

Hope everyone had a good weekend!  See you tomorrow!
